To enhance your capability to find Glimmers all throughout your own life, you will want to SLOW DOWN. Yes, you read that right. If you keep speeding through your life, you will miss many of those precious little Glimmer moments. To catch more of those moments, you can start strengthening your skills in mindfulness, stillness, Yoga, meditation, DIYing and crafts, hiking, breathing techniques… the list is long.
